The Clinical Lead responsibilities include:
- Leading the project/study team
- Requesting appropriate resources
- Organizing and participating in client, investigator and team meetings
- Training of the study team
- Reviewing visit reports of other CRAs
- Ensuring study timelines including patient recruitment
- Ensuring study quality
- Ensuring budget targets are met
- Identifying Changes In Scope
- Preparing Monthly Reports
- Recognizing revenue
- Controlling pass-through costs
- Triggering invoicing
- Interacting with third party vendors
- Participating in Clinical Lead training

| De eisen
|
- CRA II or senior CRA
- Proven experience in coordinating clinical trials
- Excellent organisational, diplomacy and team leadership skills
- Ability to motivate both individuals and a team
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with both internal and external clients
- Adequate English language skills
- Ability to complete tasks in an accurate, timely manner and effectively manage multiple tasks
- Ability to identify and address issues proactively in a timely manner
- Financial understanding and ability to manage a budget
- Ability to take initiative, work independently and delegate
- Accountability for all assigned tasks
- Excellent computer literacy
