For the Quality Assurance Department in R&D we are looking for a Senior Clinical QA Manager. In this role you will conduct GCP audits, independently from operative departments, analyze systems, processes and interfaces between departments and advise on and trigger process improvement. You also may be assigned specific additional tasks, e.g. maintaining QA-oversight of one of our larger programs, manage outsourcing of QA activities. Together with your colleagues you maintain and optimize the company's quality assurance system which ensures that clinical trials are conducted in compliance with all relevant legislation and policies. This role requires frequent national and international travel (up to 50%).

| De eisen
|
- University degree in Natural, Medical or health related or equivalent.
- Knowledge of and experience in clinical research field and relevant regulatory requirements.
- At least 5 years experience in Clinical QA.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strength in analytical skills, oversight, judgment
- Team player
