Clinical Research Organisation in de Randstad.
Omschrijving
To ensure that clinical projects are efficiently executed according to plan, the needs of the client objectives and in concordance with quality systems.
Responsibilities
    1. To ensure that the project is conducted and documented within the agreed timelines, budget, resources and quality standards.
    2. To provide operational management to the Project Manager.
    3. To provide leadership to the Project Manager and the project team.
Tasks
    1. To ensure the delivering of products or services to the client that meet the client’s expectations within the terms of the contract and the goals as set by the contract owner.
    2. To supervise and control project management.
    3. To evaluate project progress and financials with the Project Manager.
    4. To maintain the contractual relationship with the client and handling all contractual issues.
    5. To report periodically progress and status of deliverables to the client as agreed in the contract.
    6. To inform periodically the contract owner and/or the Deal Review Group about progress and status of deliverables, fulfillment of the contract terms and achievement of s goals.
    7. To participate actively in the Deal Review Group to achieve the goals.
    8. To ensure that the risks are (re-) identified and analyzed at each key decision point and risk management is performed.
    9. To perform stakeholder management to influence decision-making around important decisions.
    10. To negotiate with the client directly on matters related to fulfillment of the contractual obligations.
    11. To monitor the occurrence of non-budgeted tasks (to be) performed by the project team and to take appropriate actions.
    12. To control all changes to the contract.
    13. To identify new opportunities to offer a new proposal to the client.
    14. To approve the contracts with third parties.
De eisen
    • Academic degree in life sciences.

    • Experience (>4 yrs) in project management.
    • Experience (>4 yrs) in clinical trial management.

    • Experience with and good understanding of the pharmaceutical research business.
    • Experience in customer relation management.
    • Competent in Dutch and English language, both orally and in written
    • Knowledge of ICH GCP, Standard Operating Procedures, other relevant guidelines and legislation.
    • Sound understanding and knowledge of project, financial and time management.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Team player
