|
We have 2 positions open for Clinical Group Leader in the area of "muscle and mobility" or "neurology". As group leader you will lead a team of clinical trial specialists, you have a crucial role in managing and improving the clinical development of the products.
You will lead your team of methodological and operational specialists to become an efficient, highly motivated group that performs global clinical trials according to international standards like ICH-GCP. With your understanding of our patients, health care professionals, clinical, and business strategy you can bring novel products forward to the point that first-class scientific substantiation supports their launch and position in the market. You will have budget accountability and the autonomy to develop, plan, and manage projects in close cooperation with the multidisciplinary R&D teams. You will have line management responsibilities.
| | Your Key Accountabilities
|
- Line management and daily guidance of 9 people and responsible for their personal development
- Oversee conduct of the clinical trials within the clinical development programs
- Management of quality, budget, timelines, and resources
| Knowledge, skills and abilities
|
- Master’s or PhD degree, preferably in a life science or related scientific discipline
- Proven track record in line management and coaching
- At least five years of management experience in all stages of clinical research in a global R&D environment in the (bio-) pharmaceutical or food industry
- Able to work effectively in a multidisciplinary environment with competing priorities
- Expertise in conducting clinical studies according to ICH-GCP guidelines
- Excellent communication skills and responsiveness to interact with a multidisciplinary intern project team and with all other parties involved, such as KOLs, investigators and CROs
- Experienced in training and coaching others in conduct of clinical trials
- Knowledge of clinical research methodology & statistics
