The Clinical Research department consists of 5 staff members and about 20 Clinical Research Specialists. The team is conducting clinical studies worldwide and has a strong link with the clinical department in the US.
You will be responsible for:
the study management and successful conduct of assigned clinical programs consistent with Research and Development, Marketing and Reimbursement plans and applicable regulations and policies.
management and coaching of a team of Clinical Research Specialists and supporting staff to align projects according to and to meet business plans.
the hiring of new resources, objective setting and appraisals.
the assurance that clinical studies meet the highest scientific, statistical and ethical standards, negotiate contents and formats of clinical plans, clinical protocols and clinical reports with colleagues in worldwide headquarters,
securing that appropriate resources and priorities are maintained for the various projects assigned to their area and develop and manage the cost center budget and study budgets.
driving cross-departmental and department wide initiatives.
| De eisen
|
Bachelor or master degree in engineering, biological sciences or related medical/scientific field
> 8 years experience in directly supporting of clinical research or similar experience in a medical/scientific area
2-3 years experience in managing people, budgets and clinical studies
Willing to travel up to 30%
multi-tasker and teamplayer with excellent communication skills.
You have strong project planning skills and knowledge of GCP and regulatory compliance guidelines for clinical trials.
As an experienced clinical expert you have knowledge of clinical outcomes and research study designs and proficient knowledge of medical terminology.
As an excellent problem-solver and leader you can bring the team to a higher level.
